How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs $8 per order and expedited shipping costs $30 per order within the United States or Canada. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping! Please note that shipping charges to Canada or other countries outside of the U.S. do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his or her country may impose to take delivery of the order.
When will I receive my order?
All orders shipped with Standard Shipping within the United States should be received within 5-10 business days of ship date. All orders shipped with Expedited Shipping within the United States should be received within 2-3 business days of ship date. Please note it may take up to 2 business days for us to process and ship your order. Shipping times are based on ship date and not on order date. Please contact us if you do not receive your order in this time frame. Orders shipped to Canada or other countries outside of the U.S. cannot be guaranteed to arrive in a certain time frame as they may take extra time to clear Customs. This generally only takes a few extra days but can take up to several weeks so please be patient.
How will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order via the United States Postal Service or via UPS. We ship United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Standard delivery times are 5-10 business days. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than the time specified above.
Do you ship to APO addresses and PO Boxes?
Yes. We ship to APO and PO Box addresses using the US Postal Service.
Why has my order not been shipped yet?
On occasion we may need to place an order on hold. In that event, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you think your order has not been shipped and we have not contacted you, please feel free to contact us.
How can I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid for with a valid credit card before the order is shipped. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also offer payment options through PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
We do not.
How do I return or exchange something?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. To return or exchange an item, please view our complete return policy to make sure that the item(s) meet our returns criteria. Once processed, we will issue a credit for the returned items onto the payment method that was originally used.
Once I send back my return, how long does it take for the credit to appear on my account?
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 1 week to process. When we process it, we will email you to let you know the return has been processed. Credits can take up to 7 days to post to your card depending on the type of card and issuing bank.
Do you have a printed catalog?
Due to our frequently expanding list of products, we currently do not have a printed catalog.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Not at this time.
Can I place an order if I live outside of the United States or Canada?
Yes, we are able to ship to other countries. Such orders cannot be placed online, but you may email, fax or phone in your order. Please click on the contact us link above to obtain our contact details. International shipping fees depend on the country you have us ship to, the shipping service you select, and the weight of your package. You may contact us to request a quote.
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. If you return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and any costs to reship replacement merchandise.
